Her work spanned major markets across the East Coast, Southeast, and West Coast, consistently bringing complex, design-driven projects in on budget and on schedule. She worked directly alongside interior designers and asset owners, delivering creative vision into executed outcomes within strict financial and operational constraints.

That experience translates directly into how Crista operates at Southern Edge Capital today. She oversees day-to-day asset management across the portfolio, driving expense control and operational efficiency. When capital improvements call for it, she also leads FF&E design and procurement for amenity spaces and furnished units.
